Mussels ~ tossed with shallots, garlic, white wine, saffron, Dijon mustard and herbs 10
Grilled Calamari~ tender calamari with a zesty fennel- Texas grapefruit relish drizzled with lemon vinaigrette 8
Sautéed Organic Mushrooms~ with garlic, green onions and sherry in a rich demi glaze sauce,  and served with grilled toast for mopping!. 9
Duck Leg Confit ~ with herb Spatzel, pan roasted shallots and red wine reduction 10

Grilled Creamy Brie ~ with a watercress pesto, orange infused honey and grilled baguette.

HOUSE SPECIALTY CHICKEN– 24 hr brine soaked, slow roasted, wood burning rotisserie Amish Chicken, served with roasted carrots, fennel, leeks and a chicken dijonaise gravy sauce.
